How do I actually book a repair or installation?
You send us a message or call with the issue or the unit you'd like fitted, and we arrange a survey visit. Most surveys can be booked within the same week, and we confirm a two-hour arrival window the day before.
Is the quote fixed once I've had the survey?
Yes. Once the engineer has seen the site and confirmed what's needed, the price in writing is what you pay, unless you ask for extra work on the day, which we'll always quote separately before starting.
When and how do I pay?
Payment is due once the job is complete and you're happy with the work. We accept cash on the day or bank transfer, there's no need to pay anything upfront for standard repairs.
What if I need to cancel or move my appointment?
Just let us know as early as you can, ideally at least a day before. We'll rebook you for the next available slot with no charge, we just ask for enough notice to offer that time to someone else.
